Our Ethical Governance Framework
KAZ Minerals’ Supervisory Board holds ultimate responsibility for managing our approach to ethics and compliance.
The Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy has been developed in line with the requirements of the UK Bribery Act 2010 and has been in force across all Group operations since 2011.
A whistleblowing system with an independently-run hotline ensures employees can raise their concerns about business integrity, safety, environmental violations or any other issues anonymously. Every call is investigated and the Supervisory Board regularly monitors resulting reports.
